Weird Chef who i think lacks experience

the stall seller on channel 9 on todays show lacks skill, hygiene, practice, attentiveness and almost everytihng you can even think off. he is food stall owner who got into this reality tv shot to learn from the Pro Chef. the chef got so angry he walked off to play basketball instead or teaching the guy. he taught the guy like more then 8 times and all the guy said was "oh" "oh" "oh" and then he did everything wrong. it was only one recipe. i pity that guy's wife. she scolded him until she become so tired and got so many eyebags, the eyebags were like popping outl ike mad. but gratz to him who in the end mannage to do reasonably well.

Opps,
haven't blogged for a long long time. so today's post is sort of going to cover like for the past week. firstly we had chinese test and oh man i think i am going to get like 65 and above only =] which is a good thing cause last year always get 50. secondly i got GOH marching pratice for almost 3 times a week now and soccer training plus common test. so my schedeul is really really tight now. also i want to wish my friend Joshua Foo Happy Birthday in Advance cause i may not be able to go out with him on that day. so anyways, tomorrow got GOH training and i hope everyone in our whole contingent comes cause, sir says whoever don't come is 20 pushups each but he will do it with us. And this thursday match i not sure whether i am playing but i don't think so cause i never go for so many trainings. anyways thats all for today. quite long right the post? ok so Good Nights People

Back From OEP

Phew!!
finally back form OEP, almost died. first day, we did alot of fun stuff i must admit like kayaking, river rafting, obstacles courses(not to mention, i was able to do all of it inclding climbing over that wall thigny), rope walking and stuff. however, there was once i fell into the mud. The Second and Third day we did more of shoppin and sightseeing tours around malacca. THE FOURTH DAY, I FELL SICK, i was down with a fever, the temperatre was fluctuating, from 37.4 in the moring, in the after noon, 36.9, then 38.3, then in the middle of the night 39.sometihn, then i was sent to hospital. well the teachers prayed for me and my friend as we were both very sick. and i prayed too, hoping that God will answer my prayers, and HE DID.
so i jsut want to thank GOD, my family my teachers, and my friends for being by my side during this time especially richard and my ct.

Stress Off My Mind

finally able to relax

like finally being able to drink a bottle of coke that could not be opened. yes! ah feeling much better now. well today soccer training was so tiring.
Firstly, we ran five rounds round the field. my boots were quite tight and made me feel really uncomfortable, i think i ned to change soon.
Secondly, after 2 min water break, we did bursting/sprinting of different lenghts. lol, was really tired. i was seemingly jumping for joy until these words came out form my coache's mouth: "SECOND SET". i was like literally dying
Thirdly we played some kind of game which made us run u and down like mad. today's training really was BAD.
